Hageland Festival is a festival in Aarschot that – after a couple of years of absence – got relaunched in 2016. They asked me to redesign a new logo and identity and I was happy to do so.
Since the two day festival had two different directions music-wise (generally speaking more towards indie, noise and garage on Friday and more towards punk and hardcore on Saturday), I wanted to incorporate those two directions as a whole in the final logo. Hence: two different kinds of patterns, forms and colors in the background. Those patterns, forms and colors were also used in the communication – for instance in the band announcements used on Facebook and Instagram.
